Who deactivated Hannity’s Twitter account? Were the imposters the endgame?

According to news reports, “WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange attempted to message Fox News’ Sean Hannity over his Twitter account, but instead got duped into interacting with an imposter impersonating Hannity on social media.” Was the hacking an inside Twitter job? Can we be certain it was Julian Assange interacting with the Hannity impersonator? Inquiring minds want to know.
